Rachael has over 20 years’ experience in the finance industry and worked as co-founder of The Finance Factory (Australia) Pty Ltd since its establishment in 2003. During this time Rachael has worked in many different roles including Sales Support, Account Management, Operations, Accounts and day to day management of the office. Rachael initially came from a health care background and holds a Bachelor of Health Science.

Rachael’s role within Matrix Finance Group Pty Ltd is now largely focused on the operational side of the business incorporating the management of accounting functions, legal compliance, IT Management, HR/Payroll and all other operational functions within the business.
